If you're ordering a custom size for your press-on nails, email us your order number and sizes after the desired set is purchased.
How do I find my correct sizes?
You can find how to size your nails by clicking the Sizing Chart Tab.
How long do they last?
The longevity of the press-on nails depends on how well you prepped and applied them to your natural nails. Our press-on nails can last 1 - 3 weeks. Every order comes with detailed instructions on how to prep your natural nails and how to remove the press-on nails.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. Use the buffer to buff off any excess glue from the press-on nails, as the glue may build up over time.
What if the press-ons I receive don't fit me?
I suggest purchasing a sizing kit for an accurate measurement or clicking on the Sizing Chart Tab to see how to measure at home. If it is just one nail we offer a nail replacement for purchase. Our nails can be filed down if needed, so if you’re unsure, order a size bigger. Every press-on nail order comes with a file. Since all the sets are handmade, we are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered, so I highly suggest ordering a sizing kit first.
What are the processing times?
Our press-on nails are Made to Order. It may take 1-2 weeks creation time depending on pending orders, then 2-3 days shipping depending on when your order was placed. Most likely earlier than this but because we hand paint each set it may take longer to fulfill all orders.

What comes with the order?
With each press-on set comes a nail prep kit which includes: nail file, buffer, alcohol wipe, wooden cuticle pusher, and KDS glue as well as, a thank you note, instructions on how to prep your natural nails and how to remove the press on nails.
Are you taking custom orders?
Yes! Before you purchase the custom order option first email me a photo of what you may want to see if we can complete it to the best of our ability. Once we send an email of approval on a custom set then you have to purchase the custom set option on our website. Afterwards email us your order number with a photo of agreed upon design and we will get started.
How many nails come in each set?
All sets come with 10 nails in the size and shape you select.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now, but soon!
My package was sent back to you, can you resend it?
Yes, of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the Re Shipping Fee so we can send it back out.
My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it. (Also read below for lost or missing packages)
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, QueenMichy hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery to USPS. QueenMichy assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

Make sure you put the accurate address so you can easily receive your package.
Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
No cancellations, since what we make are handmade products we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your order arrived damaged or defective. If so, email [email protected] and include a photo of the damaged/defective product.

Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails properly. We are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
**Double check shipping information. If there's an apartment number, etc put it to avoid the Return to Sender issue.**
